Shifts: Permanent UK Shift | 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Executive handling the UK process, your role is crucial in managing the client's customer lifecycle:
Service &Support;: Professionally handle inbound/outbound interactions, focusing on initial inquiries, order processing, and providing consultative product information.
After-sales Service: Manage customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues,



and provide detailed product-use guidance to increase customer loyalty.
Returns Management: Efficiently manage the returns process, including processing Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs), coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Documentation: Accurately update customer records and interaction details using CRM software and MS Office tools.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills:
Communication Skills: Must possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) to handle international clientele effectively.
Shift Comfort: Must be comfortable and reliable working in a UK Shift timing 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Technical Proficiency: A good working hand on MS Word & MS Excel is mandatory for documentation and reporting.
Soft Skills: Must be a Team Player and a Quick Learner due to the technical and energetic nature of the service support.
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
