Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand customer issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Guide customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
Record, track, and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing professional and courteous support.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
