About the Role

The Manager – Merchant Alliance & Partnerships is responsible for identifying and executing merchant offer partnerships to drive credit card spends. The role involves developing a marketing calendar, creating tactical offers, and managing campaigns across categories such as Travel, Dining, and E-commerce. The incumbent will also manage partner relationships, negotiate brand visibility, and ensure end-to-end implementation of promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
Identify and execute prospective merchant offer partnerships to drive spends.
Develop a marketing calendar of merchant offers on a yearly basis.
Create and develop tactical offers for the portfolio in partnership with key merchants.
Devise a structured approach to networking and negotiation with due diligence to ensure closure.
Create merchant offers for the credit card portfolio across categories like Travel, Dining, and E-commerce.
Manage campaign execution, including negotiation of brand visibility and cost for both ATL and BTL campaigns.





Secondary Responsibilities
Evaluate and drive promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line and partnership strategic objectives.
Ensure end-to-end implementation of credit card promotions with partners.
Manage and engage partners throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Oversee campaign fulfillment and address any disputes.

What We Are Looking For

Education
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: MBA in relevant field

Experience
At least 4 years of relevant experience in merchant alliances, partnerships, and campaign management.
