Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the company’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Identify and evaluate industry trends to position the company as a market leader.
Ensure sustainable growth through innovative product offerings and services.
Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Monitor project execution to meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Drive adoption of advanced prefabrication technologies and lean manufacturing practices.
Business Development




Expand the company’s market presence through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Lead business diversification initiatives to capture emerging prospects.
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Financial Oversight
Set and achieve financial targets, including revenue growth and cost optimization.
Ensure effective capital allocation to maximize returns and achieve operational goals.
Maintain compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing leadership team.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related fields. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
20+ years of experience in building materials, construction, or prefabricated solutions, with at least 10 year
