Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA / PGDM in Marketing
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales/business development. Prior experience in IT hardware / IT infrastructure sales preferred.

Job Summery:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to promote and sell IT infrastructure / IT Hardware & Networking products in the Pimpri–Chinchwad region.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Pimpri–Chinchwad region
Promote and sell IT infrastructure products (Servers, Storage, Networking, Desktops, Laptops, etc.)
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and channel partners
Conduct client meetings, product presentations,



and demos
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
Maintain sales reports, customer data, and pipeline tracking
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new products

Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Positive understanding of IT hardware products and solutions
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Target-driven and self-motivated
Willingness to travel within the Pimpri–Chinchwad region

Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Performance-based incentives may be applicable

Preferred Location:
Candidates residing in or familiar with the Pimpri–Chinchwad area will be preferred
