Salary : 12000 to 15000

We are looking for candidate who is well experience in Excel, Tally, Dispatches, preparing invoices, e way bill and day to day office work.

An accounts assistant performs clerical and basic accounting tasks for an organization, such as:
Processing transactions: Record and file cash transactions, process vendor invoices, and process expense requests
Maintaining records: Update journals and ledgers, file financial records, and reconcile accounts
Preparing reports: Prepare statutory accounts, budgets, and financial reports
Monitoring accounts: Control budget credit and ensure timely payments
Communicating with clients and vendors:



Field communications and liaise with third parties
Assisting with payroll: Assist with payroll processing and tax calculations

Accounts assistants should have the following skills and knowledge:
Attention to detail

Ensure financial records are error-free and comply with regulatory standards
Communication skills

Communicate financial information accurately and collaborate with colleagues
Analytical and problem-solving skills

Interpret financial data and address accounting discrepancies
Compliance knowledge

Be familiar with the taxation system, goods and services tax (GST) laws, and other financial regulations

Accounts assistants are employed by accounting firms, banks, insurance companies, and educational institutions.
