Job Description About the Role
n We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our Beauty & Personal Care
n Ingredients business. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in supplying
n specialty chemicals and functional ingredients to beauty and personal care manufacturers, with proven
n experience in business development, strategic account management, and P&L; ownership.
n Key Responsibilities
n ● Develop and execute the business strategy for the Beauty & Personal Care Ingredients vertical.
n ● Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L; performance.
n ● Build strategic relationships with personal care, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and hygiene
n product manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.
n ● Expand the portfolio of specialty ingredients and performance chemicals used in beauty and
n personal care formulations.
n ● Identify current business prospects, supplier partnerships, and market segments.




n ● Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract management.
n ● Collaborate with R&D;, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver customer-specific ingredient
n solutions.
n ● Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
n Preferred Background
n ● 7+ years of experience in Beauty & Personal Care Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals,
n Cosmetic Ingredients, or Industrial Chemicals.
n ● Robust understanding of ingredients such as surfactants, emollients, emulsifiers, rheology
n modifiers, preservatives, UV filters, silicones, conditioning agents, humectants, active ingredients,
n fragrances, and formulation additives used in personal care products.
n ● Proven experience selling specialty ingredients to cosmetics and personal care manufacturers.
