Job Description:

• Understanding of Customer demand (pending orders) - On a daily basis
• Preparation of rolling Production Plan – Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly (W1-W4) & Daily taking into account Capacity, Customer priority & Material availability
• Make changes to the plan based on energetic changes in inputs (Rush orders, Change in delivery dates / Material shortage/ absenteeism etc.)
• Capacity Planning – Take decision (Make in-house or subcontract), identify the third parties and render support from contracting to execution.
• Issue of work order / Job Card (Daily) / work allocation to each production section before commencing production and compilation of the production output at the end of shift
• Organise / Facilitate input materials (Trims and fabric)



through stores for producing each order in house / Job workers.
• Make closure analysis for each order executed with comparison of plan and actual (material consumption and delivery dates)
• Provide inputs to Invoicing/Documentation section on product readiness to initiate dispatch
• Track the production at different production stages (start & finish), identify potential problems if any and escalate
• Co-ordination with other functions (Technical, Merchandisers, Purchase, Stores, Shop floor, Despatch) for executing the role effectively
• Review Production PLAN VS ACTUAL on a daily basis and send MIS reports
