Job Description Responsible for dispensing best-in-class optical products at the location and coordinating with the store manager and fellow optometrists/team members to achieve consistently high customer service and meet store targets.
n Responsibilities
n 1. Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services
n 2. Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
n 3. Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
n 4. Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long long-term loyalty
n 5. Handling current launches, promotion of products, visual merchandise, etc.
n Qualifications
n Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Optometry
n Excellent verbal communication skills
n Computer savvy (including basic Microsoft excel)
n Excellent customer service skills, leadership skills, team building, etc.
