Program Overview for Sustainable Cities and Transport

You would provide administrative, organizational and communications support to the Urban Development senior management team. Your role requires cross-functional collaboration and will involve a variety of tasks related to internal and external coordination, reporting, events and logistics management in a dynamic and time-sensitive workplace.
This role would be a valuable platform for a candidate interested in building experience to move into project management, human resources, or operations roles; or for an administrative professional interested in growing towards an Executive Assistant role.

What will you do:
Travel Coordination & Expense Management (50%)
Assist management team with domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
Manage travel changes and troubleshoot logistical issues as needed.
