About the Position

As a Financial Controller – Europe, you will be a key member of the European Financial Controlling team, partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries while working from our Bengaluru office. Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in leading financial control activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening compliance, and driving continuous process improvements across the European business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly accomplished finance skilled with 10+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Plant Controlling, or Record-to-Report (R2R) within a multinational organization. You will bring solid technical accounting expertise, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (BlackLine is an added advantage), deep knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, and external audits, along with exceptional business partnering skills to support a energetic international finance organization.

Key Responsibilities





Financial Control & Reporting
Own the Balance Sheet and P&L; reporting for European legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
Lead month-end close activities, providing meaningful insights into overheads, cash flow, and financial performance.
Drive financial control activities while ensuring robust governance and compliance across the business.
Lead local statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit-related activities.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Partner with Regional Financial Controllers, Commercial Finance, Treasury, Tax, Supply Chain, and Group Finance teams across Europe.
Communicate financial results and insights effectively to senior stakeholders, supporting informed business decisions.
Build trusted relationships across a virtual global finance organization.
