Job Description:

The General Manager - Business Development (Client Liaisoning) will play a strategic role in managing client relationships and expanding the infrastructure business. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in business development, client engagement, and industry networking within the infrastructure sector, contributing to long-term growth and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients in the infrastructure sector.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and address any issues or concerns.
Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to foster business growth.

Business Development & Strategy
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within the infrastructure industry.
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Lead business development strategies, proposals,



and pitches for client acquisition and project expansion.

Central Monitoring Coordination
Collaborate with the Central Monitoring team to track project progress, performance, and adherence to client specifications.
Ensure alignment of project milestones and delivery timelines with client expectations.
Regularly review and report on project updates and key metrics for senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Engage with government and regulatory bodies to stay updated on industry regulations and policies.
Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and meetings to establish and strengthen relationships with industry peers and regulatory authorities.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and address any operational challenges.

Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration
