About the role

This isn’t a typical Operations role.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be at the backbone of CoinDCX’s
financial engine — ensuring that every deposit, withdrawal, reconciliation, and
operational workflow runs with precision and integrity.

You will operate at the intersection of Payments, Risk, Finance, and Product
— building systems that scale safely in a high-growth, regulated environment.




Your work will directly influence user trust, financial accuracy, and
operational excellence across millions of transactions.

What You’ll Do

Drive Payment Operations Excellence
Own end-to-end processing of deposits, withdrawals, and refunds with high
accuracy and SLA adherence
Monitor transaction flows across banks and payment gateways to ensure
seamless user experience
Proactively identify and resolve payment bottlenecks before they escalate

Build Robust Reconciliation & Control Systems
Perform daily reconciliations across bank statements, gateways, and
internal ledgers
Investigate discrepancies and drive resolution within defined SLAs
Maintain structured audit trails and reconciliation trackers to ensure
financial accuracy

Strengthen Risk & Compliance Processes
Support document onboarding and verification workflows
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and internal cont
