Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
Experience with front end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript).
Experience with backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C++).
Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Experience leading root-cause analysis for live, high-traffic applications and implementing cutting-edge solutions to drive systemic improvements during critical operations.
Experience designing and architecting scalable web applications that connect agent solutions to enterprise knowledge bases and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience proposing and integrating recent AI technologies, frameworks, or stacks to augment, improve,



or automate the development process and drive engineering efficiency.
Experience developing applications used within law firms, in-house legal/compliance departments, government, or related industry experience.
