Collection KYC & Appointment letter from recent customers and manning the records of the same.

Checking & scrutinizing pre-shipment documents.

Preparing the shipping bill draft and sending it to the clients for approval.

In case of any discrepancy, immediately inform the Manager – Export Custom clearance.

Upon receipt of approval, filling of shipping bill after E- Sanchit on Ice-gate.

Coordinating with CFS for buffer receipts & on -wheel receipts.

Managing daily report and updating status to custom regarding their shipment.

Being updated on the latest notification, update from BCHAA & Ice gate and guiding the team & clients regarding the same.

Checking scroll generation and EGM status on a regular basis and resolving in case of EGM error or stuff allow.
