Job Description Business Development Executive – Service Sales

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Drive business growth for TPI (Third-Party Inspection), Safety Audits, Certifications, and Process Safety services
n Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and field sales
n Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to promote services
n Generate and qualify leads, prepare proposals, and follow up for closures
n Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue generation goals
n Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships
n Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
n Track market trends,



competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities
n Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates
n Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
n n What We're Looking For:
n n 1 to 3 years of experience in service sales / business development (preferably in industrial or technical services)
n Knowledge of TPI, audits, inspections, and certification services
n Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
n Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
n Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales
n n Qualification:
n n Degree in Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
