n What you'll actually do
n • Shoot, edit, and bring ideas to life — end to end
n • Create scroll-stopping short-form (Reels, Shorts)
n • Handle pre-production, shoots, and post like a pro
n What matters more than your software skills
n • You think in hooks, pacing, retention - not just cuts
n • You spot trends early - and adapt them smartly
n • You've got taste (frames, color, composition — it shows)
n The basics (yes, you need these too)
n • Shooting + camera skills
n • Solid grip on editing (Premiere Pro / FCP or similar)
n • Pre-production planning + shoot execution
n • A portfolio that proves you don't just "edit" - you create
n The role
