Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and effectively present available listings to clients, highlighting key features and perks.
Sales Negotiation: Assist clients in the negotiation process, ensuring both buyer and seller needs are met, while achieving the best possible outcomes for the company.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and timely follow-ups to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
Documentation & Paperwork: Oversee the completion of necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements required for property transactions.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales goals set by the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, operations, and legal departments, to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
Client Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve services and provide regular sales reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid real estate license (if required by location).
Timings – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working schedule - 6 Days a week
