Workday HCM Functional Consultant – Roles & Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Staffing, Job Profiles, Positions, Organizations, Compensation, Advantages, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent, and Recruiting.
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and recommend Workday best practices.
