Job Description:
Responsible for the overall operations of the factory’s warehouse aspects and manage/foresee all warehouse operations and reports in ERP module.
Proper coordination and communication with the factory team members for smooth and transparent operations.
Monitor and supervision over the inventory control process and ensure proper documentation of procedures to maintain tools and equipment.
Study, analyze and process the procurement requests of the factory and ensure accuracy in inbound inventory and maintain the records.
Ensure that every material procured whether local or imports are quality certified by the respective user and thereafter inward document is prepared.
Manage all communications with Purchase, Account and other user departments at Head office to cater requirements of such respective teams on a timely basis.
Capable of maintaining stock report, raising indents and other such general work related to a manufacturing setup.
He will report to the Purchase Department in Head office and will be in constant contact with the Purchase department, Accounts department and other relevant departments.
Remuneration will commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
