n Designer Smiles Multispeciality Dental Clinic is looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Clinic Manager to join our growing team.

n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage patient appointments and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
n Coordinate patient communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
n Support and coordinate with the clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
n Assist with social media, digital marketing, and patient engagement initiatives.
n Manage clinic inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement.
n Handle administrative tasks and maintain efficient clinic workflows.
n Monitor daily operations to ensure high standards of patient service and clinic efficiency.
n Contribute to initiatives that improve patient experience and practice growth.




n n Qualifications & Requirements
n Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science background preferred).
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
n Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools.
n Positive attitude with a willingness to learn healthcare management, marketing, and clinic operations.
n Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, administration, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
n Must be able to commute conveniently to Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
