Job Description:

Role Purpose: Trainer
To plan, conduct, and evaluate training programs for employees to enhance skills, productivity, quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Engineering / HR / Industrial Training)
Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in training, preferably in a manufacturing setting
CTC: 30k to 35k p.m. (for experienced)
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai

Job description:
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads and HR.
Prepare and deliver technical, behavioral, safety, and process-related training.
Conduct induction and on-the-job training for recent employees.
Maintain training calendars, attendance, and effectiveness records.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvement actions.
Support statutory, safety, and ISO-related training requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers when required.
Ensure skill development aligned with production and quality goals.
Maintain training documentation for audits and compliance.
