Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager – Large Corporate PSU

Role Summary:
As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Large Corporate PSU segment, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large public sector clients. The role demands solid relationship management, credit evaluation skills, and deep understanding of the PSU sector. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver banking solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of PSU and large corporate clients with a focus on relationship building and revenue generation.
Originate and execute credit deals, including term loans, working capital facilities, and treasury products.
Conduct detailed credit assessments, structure credit proposals, and manage the entire credit approval process.
Liaise with product and operations teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Monitor client performance, maintain portfolio quality, and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory guidelines.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell across products including cash management, trade finance, investment banking, and treasury.
Maintain solid market intelligence to keep abreast of industry trends and client activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA/CA or equivalent qualification.
5–10 years of experience in corporate banking with focus on PSU or large corporate clients.
Robust understanding of credit risk, banking regulations, and financial products.
Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
Proactive and result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
