n Role Description The Associate Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The person in this role will support revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person visits. The Associate Sales Manager will collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams to align on targets, campaigns, and customer needs.



The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular reports and insights to management.
n Qualifications
n n Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
n Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
n Comfort with data, including basic sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and the use of CRM or sales management tools.
n Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, prioritize multiple prospects, and meet or exceed sales targets.
n Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
n Collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and coaching from senior team members.
n Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages in Mumbai is an advantage.
n Prior experience with structured sales methodologies is a plus.
