Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Support
Assist in identifying recent leads and project prospects
Support senior sales team in business development activities
Maintain database of consultants, contractors, and clients
Inquiry Handling & Follow-ups
Track incoming inquiries and update in CRM
Follow up with clients for requirements, drawings, and BOQ
Ensure timely response to all assigned inquiries
Tender & Proposal Support
Assist in studying tender documents and specifications
Support in preparing techno-commercial proposals
Coordinate with design/estimation team for BOQ and costing
Client Coordination
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and OEMs
Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits
Support in maintaining healthy client relationships
Technical Learning & Support
Provide technical clarification and solution to clients
Conduct product presentations and system demonstrations
Support design team for finalizing system configuration
Documentation & MIS Reporting




Maintain proper documentation of inquiries, proposals, and orders
Submit daily / weekly activity reports
Keep CRM updated with pipeline status
Internal Coordination
Work with:
Design Team
Projects/Execution Team
Purchase Team
Ensure smooth information flow between departments
Order Processing Support
Assist in order finalization and documentation
Support handover of project details to execution team
Market Research
Collect basic market data:
Competitor activities
Current projects in region
Share inputs with senior team

Qualifications :
B.E./B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. A Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering with relevant experience will also be considered.
Certifications (preferred): NEBOSH, IFE (Institution of Fire Engineers), NFPA certification, or equivalent fire safety/fire protection certification.
