Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to analyze business performance, identify growth prospects, and support strategic decision-making across our initiatives. You will work closely with product, marketing, operations, and technology teams to optimize online sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Just as important as the numbers is your ability to sit with US-based clients and stakeholders, understand what they are really trying to solve, and translate that into explicit requirements and recommendations the delivery team can act on.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales trends to generate actionable insights.
Gather, document, and manage business requirements from internal and client stakeholders.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms.
Monitor key metrics — conversion rate, average order value, customer retention,



and revenue growth.
Collaborate with product and development teams to define business requirements and user stories.
Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer journey analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and e-commerce optimization.
Support A/B testing initiatives and measure outcomes.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, economics, IT, or a related field.
3–4 years as a business analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Robust understanding of e-commerce business models and customer journeys.
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar web analytics tools.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
