Job Description Role Summary
n The Internal Audit Department is responsible for overseeing the company's internal audit program. This position is for an experienced internal audit team member:

n Education
n CA, MBA, CIA, CISA is preferred
n Relevant Experience
n n 8+ years' internal audit experience
n Audit firm work experience
n Experience in the residential real estate, residential credit, and corporate credit industry is a plus
n Exposure to the US Real Estate industry and US legal requirements is a plus
n n Key Competencies
n n A comprehensive understanding of the Global Internal Audit Standards and leading internal audit practices
n Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and independently to identify and assess risks and control deficiencies
n Demonstrated ability in prioritizing workload and driving results in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment.
n Effective communication and interpersonal skills

n Industry or sector experience
n Collaboration- Foster solid working relationships with stakeholders
n n Key Result Areas
n n Identify risks and improve internal controls. Recommend and implement changes to strengthen audit processes and internal controls
n Timely completion of all Internal Audits with high-quality deliverables
n Communicate audit results and recommendations to key business stakeholders
n Timely follow up with the respective process owners for closure of non-conformance areas
n
