Responsibilities
Oversee the overall management and strategic direction of the Treasures Private Client (TPC) business within the assigned region
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive the expansion of the TPC client base and assets under management
Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and experience to meet the unique needs of TPC clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored wealth management solutions for TPC clients
Provide leadership and guidance to the regional TPC team,



fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce
Maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal partners
Oversee the compliance and risk management practices within the regional TPC operations
Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes for the TPC business

Requirements
Extensive experience in the wealth management industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing a private banking or wealth management business
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful growth strategies for a private banking or wealth management business
Robust understanding of the unique needs and preferences of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
