are always in their context
Keep track of and de-bottleneck internal processes so your client gets the
best service from the support, delivery and product teams
Use that understanding and dependability to co-own the KPIs the TA head is
measured on internally, and review progress every quarter so renewal is never a
surprise
Work closely with each client to define their path into AI-first hiring --
with MyNextHire as the vehicle
Run business reviews clients look forward to attending -- and walk away
