n Role Description
n This is a full time, on-site role based at our Manyata location in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Manager will oversee day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring that all broker process needs are met with a high standard of excellence and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include leading and coaching the customer service team, handling client inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.



The role requires a proactive mindset to analyze service performance, implement improvements, and foster a customer-centric approach across the organization.
n Qualifications
n n Proven experience in Customer Service Management, with a strong focus on driving Customer Satisfaction.
n Minimum 4 years of experience with any Australian Top 4 bank is preferable.
n Skilled in providing exceptional Customer Support and resolving issues efficiently.
n Robust analytical skills for evaluating service performance and implementing improvements.
n Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
n Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals.
n Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
n Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
