Job Description: Production Operator

We are looking for skilled and reliable Production Operators with hands-on experience in API manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day production activities, ensuring effective batch processing, and maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine production operations such as batch charging, centrifugation, material handling, and equipment operation.
Monitor process parameters and ensure smooth execution of production batches as per SOPs.
Maintain cleanliness of the production area and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards.
Accurately fill out production-related documentation including logbooks and BMRs.
Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for raw material requirements and equipment availability.
Report any deviations or abnormalities in the process to the production supervisor immediately.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: 10th / 12th + ITI (Fitter / Chemical / Mechanical or relevant trade)
Experience: 2 to 5 years in API production operations
