We're Hiring | Manager – Corporate Finance Advisory

We're looking for an experienced Manager – Corporate Finance Advisory to join a energetic and quick-growing team.

Experience: Qualified CA with 6 + years of experience
What You'll Do:
Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis engagements.
Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Drive corporate finance initiatives including business valuation, project finance, M&A;, due diligence, and transaction advisory.
Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable business insights.
Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic financial solutions.
Mentor and guide team members while managing multiple client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:
CA with 6 + years of experience into FP & A, Corporate Finance Advisory.
Experience with Power BI or other FP&A; tools is an added advantage.
Familiarity with US GAAP is preferred.
Candidates working in BIG 4s are preffered.
