Key Responsibilities:
Conduct project inspections and site surveys for HVAC requirements.
Prepare and deliver project pitches and technical presentations to clients.
Handle client coordination, understanding their needs and providing suitable HVAC solutions.
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals based on project requirements.
Manage documentation, including technical reports, contracts, and project files.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, project, purchase, and service) for smooth project execution.
Follow up on leads, inquiries,



and quotations to convert them into successful orders.
Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
Stay updated with HVAC technology, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Positive technical understanding of HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Ductable, Ventilation, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings & BOQs.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of handling field work.
Should possess a valid driving license (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:
BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering preferred (other relevant streams may be considered).
Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC sales or similar field.
Male candidate required due to field and site visit responsibilities.
Good command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
