About the Role:

We are looking for a high-agency Data Protection & Privacy leader to drive
end-to-end privacy, governance, and data protection initiatives across CoinDCX.

This role will be responsible for identifying critical privacy and data
governance gaps across business functions, building scalable compliance and
risk mitigation frameworks, and ensuring execution that strengthens data
security, regulatory adherence,



user trust, and organizational resilience.

What You’ll Do:
Design, plan, and execute activities to ensure compliance with UAE PDPL,
DPDPA, ISO 27701, and other relevant data protection and privacy regulations
and standards.
Develop and implement processes to maintain ongoing compliance and
readiness for external assessments and certifications.
Drive data protection and privacy awareness activities through various
channels such as mailers, digital posters, fliers, games, events, campaigns,
and communications.
Identify training requirements, develop and launch training programs, and
ensure high completion rates across the organization.
Conduct targeted data protection and privacy training sessions for
different roles within the organization.
Identify and manage data protection and privacy risks through risk
assessments, collaboration with risk owners, and continuous risk reporting to
management
