Responsible to establish first point of contact with clients and evaluate their cases primarily.
Achieve individual sales targets and assist team members when needed.
Conduct counselling sessions professionally and maintain a high level of energy during presentations.
Maintain records of each meeting/call and report to Branch Manager.
Prepare immigration applications and communicate requirements to clients.
Need to perform under deadlines with 100% accuracy in files.
Answer client’s questions professionally and assist them throughout their process of Immigration.
Requirements: 1) Education: Minimum Graduation
2) Language: Command over English is MANDATORY
3) Aptitude: Ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets
4) Experience: Fresher’s are accepted
