Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with minimum 03 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setup. The role requires solid hands-on experience in attendance management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and coordination with factory operations while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance, shifts, leave, and overtime.
Process monthly payroll and coordinate salary disbursement.
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, exits, grievances, and shop-floor HR activities.

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of payroll & labour law compliance.
Experience in factory/manufacturing HR operations.
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems & MS Excel.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
