Preparation of current dies and release to production.
Trouble shooting in extrusion process for any issues wrt. Quality and Performance.
Extrudate parameters monitoring like shrinkage & Conveyor speed study.
Rework data monitoring and action plan for reduction.
Perishable tooling's monitoring for extrusion process.
Design die as per die swell factor and release for production.
Coordinate with develop current dies and release.
A Fitter, or Pipe Fitter works on a construction site to install industrial pipework in factories and large buildings.
Their duties include installing and repairing pipes using welding methods, completing jobs on time and ensuring safety on a job site.
