About the Role

The client is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with solid hands-on expertise in S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate should bring deep functional knowledge of Finance & Controlling modules, with proven end-to-end project delivery experience. Industry exposure to Oil & Gas will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support S/4HANA Finance implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure core FICO modules such as GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, etc.
Perform integration testing with other modules (MM, SD, PP).
Resolve functional issues during UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.




Prepare documentation—including FS, test scripts, and training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for enhancements and custom developments.

Required Experience
Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO experience.
Mandatory: At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably including S/4HANA.
Robust knowledge of financial processes such as GL accounting, financial close, asset accounting, cost center accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
Valuable to have: Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
