Job Purpose: The job purpose of a Shift Engineer - Diffusion in cell maintenance is to manage and optimize the diffusion process. This includes overseeing equipment operation, maintaining quality standards, minimizing downtime,



and driving continuous improvement to ensure productive production of high-quality solar cells.

Responsibilities
Diffusion Machine Management and Operation:
Operate and maintain diffusion machines to ensure effective and accurate diffusion processes for semiconductor production.

Breakdown Response and Troubleshooting:
Address and resolve diffusion machine breakdowns promptly, analyzing issues to prevent future occurrences.

Process Optimization:
Monitor and optimize diffusion processes to ensure consistent and high-quality production of solar cells.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA):
Implement CAPA plans promptly for major breakdowns, ensuring quick resolution and putting preventive measures in place to minimize downtime.

Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications during the diffusion process.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance
