n What you'll do
n n Create high-quality motion graphics for short-form & long-form content
n Turn scripts into engaging, retention-first videos
n Design clean, modern, high-impact visual systems
n Work closely with editors & writers to bring ideas to life
n n What We're Looking For
n n 2–3 years of skilled experience in event editing, aftermovies, montages, or recap videos.




n Solid storytelling ability with an excellent sense of rhythm, pacing, and music.
n Ability to create cinematic, energetic, and emotionally engaging edits.
n Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
n Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
n Experience working with fast-paced, real-world footage captured in live environments.
n Ability to work efficiently under deadlines without compromising quality.
n A portfolio showcasing event films, aftermovies, highlight edits, or social-first video content.
n n Bonus Points
n n Experience creating content for brands or digital-first campaigns.
n Understanding of motion graphics and animation.
n Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
n Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
n n If creating edits that make people feel like they were part of the event excites you, we'd love to see your work.
