Job Title: Head of Finance / Finance Lead (Real Estate)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior finance qualified to lead all financial operations, planning, and compliance functions. The role requires solid real estate industry experience, hands-on financial leadership, and the ability to translate numbers into strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage all financial operations, including cash flow and working capital.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-term budgeting.
Oversee preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and MIS reports.
Establish and maintain robust budgeting, cost control, and financial governance frameworks.
Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to applicable financial regulations.
Drive process optimization and financial efficiency across functions.
Lead, mentor,



and manage the finance team for high performance.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile
Mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry.
Solid expertise in financial statements preparation, analysis, and reporting.
Solid foundation in finance, budgeting, and financial controls.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions.
Sound knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and audit processes.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
