Production Management:
Plan, schedule, and supervise SS tube production activities to meet targets.
Monitor machine performance, output quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to production deadlines with minimal downtime.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the tube mill operators, technicians, and shift supervisors.
Train and mentor team members to enhance skill levels and productivity.
Enforce discipline and create a performance-driven culture.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure products meet customer and regulatory quality standards.
Work closely with QA/QC teams to identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies.
Implement quality improvement initiatives.




Maintenance Coordination:
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of tube mill machinery.
Liaise with the maintenance team to reduce downtime and improve machine life.
Process Optimization:
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for process improvements.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
Ensure safety protocols are followed in the production area.
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
