Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Deputy Project Director to oversee and drive the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex Water Network, Sewage, or Infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to lead multiple project teams and ensure strategic alignment with company goals.

This is a senior leadership role requiring robust project governance, financial control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Management:




Lead and oversee multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously across different regions in Saudi Arabia.
Provide strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to multiple Project Managers and site teams.
Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational goals and client expectations.
Project Governance & Control:
Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Monitor project timelines, risk management, and progress reports to ensure adherence to project objectives.
Establish and maintain project controls to manage cost, schedule, and performance.
Operational Oversight:
Supervise and manage operations across multiple project sites with a combined workforce of over 2,000 employees and several subcontractors.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
