Your team

This role is part of the Transfer Operations team based out of the Bangalore office. You will be part of a global operations team responsible for managing client asset transfers, ensuring accurate, timely processing and delivering a seamless customer experience across markets.

Your role in the Team’s Success





We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Analyst to become a key member of our Transfer Operations team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex transfer cases, support junior team members, and contribute to ongoing strategic programmes — playing a critical part in maintaining operational excellence and delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

What you’ll do

Key responsibilities:
Manage complex end-to-end stock transfer cases, including exceptions and escalations, ensuring accurate instruction entry, settlement checks, and timely closure within SLA
Proactively monitor ageing cases and identify recurring issues, driving process improvements in coordination with the Team Lead
Serve as a senior point of contact for complex client and broker queries and escalations, ensuring qualified and timely resolution through calls and emails
Liaise with external brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve transfer issues and own senior-level es
