Job Description:

We are hiring a Designer Associate in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Designer Associate
Department: Services
Reporting to: Senior Designer

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: In-hand: 30k | Gross: 32k

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Consultation (CC) and ensure smooth customer interactions.
Manage and maintain a positive relationship with the team.
Allocate and monitor target settlements among CCs.
Track and analyze team performance compared to monthly targets.
Provide customer handling support in-store and in office when required.
Assign responsibilities to team members efficiently.
Conduct training sessions for new CC joiners.
Organize refresher training for existing team members.




Generate current leads and close sales successfully.
Perform regular market visits in assigned geographic areas.

Skills Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Designing/Fine Arts/Creative Field.
Any graduate with a Diploma in Interior Designing is preferable.
Age below 24 years.
Minimum 50% academic score without year gaps.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous Experience:
Prior designing experience is required.
