A market leader with 7+ years of experience in financial technology solutions for global markets is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Analyst / Product Owner with robust Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing expertise to support the development and evolution of its corporate actions product suite.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients, operations, technology, and internal product teams to define and deliver product capabilities that meet market, regulatory, and client needs. Drawing on solid domain knowledge, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities, the candidate will help shape the product roadmap, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with market practice, product strategy, and operational workflows.





The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to identify product enhancements, support the delivery of recent features, and drive successful adoption of releases. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, performing impact analysis, validating proposed solutions, supporting user acceptance testing, and contributing to product strategy, release planning, and go-to-market readiness.

Key job functions include collaborating with development, QA, operations, implementation, and client delivery teams to support product definition, delivery, release readiness, and knowledge transfer in line with product governance and change management standards.
