We are looking for someone who can join our product team and help shape the future of cross-border money movement. You will be one of the earliest members of the product team, and get an chance to define our foundational roadmap. To be successful and have fun at Xflow, you should be someone who can,
Think first principles. Our success depends on challenging the status quo and improving things; this is possible only by asking the right questions more often.
Deal with ambiguity. Xflow is a young company, and we often find ourselves at the crossroads with sparse data points, making decisions challenging. It would help if you are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations.

Basic qualification:
You have about 5 years of experience in product management, where you have worked closely with engineers and designers.
You either have some background in computer science or are comfortable with technology.
