Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, and HR operations.
The candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, handling documentation, and supporting payroll and compliance activities.
Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and capable of handling multiple tasks in a rapid-paced workplace.
Responsibilities also include employee engagement, resolving basic HR queries, and supporting management in day-to-day HR functions.
A bachelor’s degree and prior HR experience will be an added advantage.
