n We are looking for business development specialists to bolster our growth this Diwali Season and beyond.
n From customised corporate gifts and wedding favours to festive hampers and large-scale deliveries across India, we handle every order from concept and personalisation to fulfilment.
n We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can introduce Quetz to the right clients, build lasting relationships and convert conversations into meaningful business.
n You will be responsible for growing Quetz's corporate gifting, wedding gifting and bulk-order business. The role involves prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, account management and closing orders.
n This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, writing thoughtful outreach messages, attending meetings and following up consistently until an prospect is converted.
n n Identify and approach prospective clients across corporate gifting, weddings, events, hospitality, luxury retail and other relevant sectors.




n Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, telephone outreach, referrals, exhibitions and in-person networking.
n Build relationships with HR teams, administration heads, executive assistants, procurement teams, founders, wedding planners and event agencies.
n Understand each client's requirements, budget, quantity, delivery locations and customisation needs.
n Prepare quotations, presentations, gifting recommendations and proposals in coordination with the internal team.
n Present Quetz products, samples and customisation options to prospective clients.
n Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and sampling to negotiation, order confirmation and payment collection.
n Maintain a structured pipeline and follow-up schedule using the company's CRM.
n Coordinate with the production, design and logistics teams to ensure client commitments are practical and accurately communicated.
n Track market activity, competitor offerings, client feedback and upcoming gifting opportunities.
