Job Title: Loan Sales Executive – Home & Mortgage Loans

Department: Retail Banking / Sales & Distribution
Location: Rajkot
Reports to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, real estate agent relationships, and marketing campaigns.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable home and mortgage loan products.
Guide customers through the loan application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursal.
Collect and verify documents required for credit appraisal and KYC compliance.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly loan sales targets.




Maintain robust follow-up and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.
Keep updated with housing market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory norms, and ethical selling practices.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in retail loan sales, preferably in home or mortgage loans.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
